We facilitate with many types of organisations in many different sectors and primarily this is focused on those delivering services for public or social purposes and the main-stay of the British economy the small-medium sized businesses.

Within these we facilitate at every level within the business from the grass roots where the day- to- day delivery takes place to the board room where the major strategic decisions are debated and taken.

Organisation development:

Facilitating with the organisation to create The Adaptive Organisation getting behind the people and beyond the culture right into the depth of the organisation to truly unlock and unleash its full potential to fulfil it purpose for being.

 

Leadership development:

Developing The Adaptive Leader we facilitate to align the leadership with the essence of the organisation and its purpose for being. Our primary focus is the organisation so our belief is that when facilitating at leadership level we are being engaged to ensure that leadership is ‘fit for purpose’ for the organisation, serving it rather than the leader being served by it. Challenging in our approach we dig deep into the roots of the leader to open what’s inside and bring it to the fore for the greater benefit of all.

We offer programmes for the board, to the executive to senior management to management because we believe that inherently in any position of authority your role is more than traditional management. I, it is to inspire, to be a role model, to be an absolute advocate for the organisation to lead its people to the ultimate purpose for organisational being.

We also offer individual one- to- one coaching at any level and we deliberately don’t differentiate between executive/ business/ performance/ career or life coaching we simply coach an individual to find their Adaptive Self and in doing so they will always be the very best they were born to be.

 

Team development

Treating the team as an entity and life force in and of itself, we facilitate with the collective designing and developing programmes that suit the situation, always in complete alignment with the essence of the organisation which the team must complement.

Delivering programmes of varying lengths with multiple complexities with teams from the board room to the grass roots – just because we’re good at what we do doesn’t mean that we can contribute wholly and completely to a team – it’s bigger than us.

 

People development

In organisations with the long-term sick or maternity leave returner, to the just about to retire and everything in between, such as becoming a more skilled individual, to entering management to moving into the board room…we coach them all to enable and unleash The Adaptive You.

Our coaching programmes vary depending on the start point for the individual and whilst we’re goal orientated we believe inherently that building The Adaptive You means that you’ll be able for and ready to face and in fact wishing to “bring it on!!!” for any challenge or goal you set. So whilst we take that into account, our primary focus is YOU.

Typical coaching contracts commence with a minimum of 12 hours and facilitate right up to infinity as we believe wholeheartedly in the concept of lifelong learning. and we’re never done learning and if we are, we’re ready to drop off this mortal coil we call earth!!

What we offer is a safe and secure environment that allows absolute exploration, free from dependence seeking absolute autonomy and liberty from all that holds us back.

 

Client development

Because we facilitate with organisations with a public or social purpose and also small-medium sized businesses we are fully aware of the impact of the organisation on the wider environment of society, economy and ecology.

Taking our facilitation as seriously as we do, we go the extra mile to work with individuals, groups, organisations and partners of the organisations, in order to facilitate mutual engagement in the purpose of the organisation, to ensure absolute impact for the benefit of all.

Examples of this type of facilitation includes going into communities undertaking participative appraisal, evaluation or just simply facilitating with groups and individuals using The Adaptive approach.
